Use your palms to knead the dough briefly inside the bowl just until finally the flour is absorbed and you've got a sticky ball, about 30 seconds. Drizzle a little olive oil about prime, flip the dough to coat, address bowl with a tea towel, and transfer into a heat position (see notes over)
